Each morning guests are invited to make their way down to the ground floor dining room between 8am and 10am. Should guests have a early tour and require an earlier option then please let Julie know 24 hours prior to arrange a breakfast on the go.
What to expect on the Menu:
Selection of homemade cakes and pastries
Breakfast parfait with seasonal fruit
Julesy’s bircher muesli with seasonal fruits and nuts
Fruit salad and honeyed yogurt.
Eggs to your liking, poached, scrambled, fried or soft boiled.
Omelette to your liking
Extras include, roasted tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, beans, bacon, cheddar cheese.
Fresh breads and homemade conserves
Additionally Julie likes to surprise guests with some more indulgent options for breakfast, guests can expect options like French Crepes, American Pancakes, Eggs Benedict, Spanish Eggs, Asparagus & Poached Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce, Vegetarian Frittata’s, Spanish Omelette’s, Nasi Goreng and many other options.
Freshly squeezed juices with a combination of orange, apple, carrot, ginger, pineapple, grapefruit, watermelon and other seasonal fruits.
Coffee & Tea selection:
We have a beautiful handcrafted Italian coffee machine, so you can have your coffee, your way.
Our tea selection consists of: Black Tea; English Breakfast; Earl Grey: Green Tea; Herbal Infusions: Ceylon Tea; and Orange Pekoh. For tea connoisseurs, simply let us know your preferred tea and we’ll ensure we have it here for you.
With respect to all of our guests, breakfast prior to 8am is not available due to noise transfer from our kitchen through our grand central staircase.
