  • “Welcoming, fresh and a happy place to stay”

Glen and Julie could not make arriving easier, explaining everything in a relaxed but thorough manner. The house is spacious, airy, bright and really well-fitted out. For us it was also incredibly convenient and they gave us delicious breakfasts, great advice and I would not hesitate to return.

David Catterfeld (London, UK) - Zondadari Suite

    “A very cosy stay”

I’ve just returned from a stay at Julesy’s BnB and I’m still basking in the afterglow of excellent service. Both Julie and Glen are very warm and caring hosts and they’ll spoil you with delicious breakfasts (make sure to try Julie’s baked goods), well appointed rooms and a well stocked wine cellar.

Arta Elsnere (Brussels, Belgium) - Lascaris Suite

  • “Beautiful Place to Stay in Malta”

We have just spent a lovely holiday in Malta at Julesy’s BnB. Our hosts Julie, Glen and Roxy could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Julie and Glen have done an amazing job renovating this historic property, which is in the very atmospheric and interesting Three Cities district.

Andrew & Sarah Young (Chichester, UK) - Zondadari Suite

“Lovely Property in Perfect Location to Explore Three Cities & Valletta”

Well appointed property with fantastic and welcoming hosts, breakfasts were varied, fresh and plentiful with lots of nice touches. Both Glen and Julie were extremely helpful in providing advice on how to get around and the lobby has lots of pamphlets for all the historical attractions.

Mark & Sharon Short (Hatfield, UK) - Zondadari Suite

  • “Wonderful hosts in a historic building”

We had a wonderful stay at Julesy’s BnB. Julie and Glen are doing a wonderful job, with a lot of lifeblood. The historic building has been furnished with great attention and make you feel fit as a fiddle!

Sonja Wohlatz (User, Switzerland) - Lascaris Suite

    “A little gem in Cospicua”

We stayed at Julesy’s BnB for 4 nights in late September. It is a little gem in the Cospicua that one shouldn’t miss. The BnB is located at a quiet location which is secluded enough to relax when needed and close to key historical sites and points of interest to allow excellent accessibility.

Florence Leung & Abba Ph Au (Hong Kong, China) - Manoel & Zondadari Suites

  • “Highlight of Our Staying in Malta”

At the end of a family trip to Europe, we decided to spend 4 nights in Malta and stayed with Julie, Glen and Roxie. We absolutely loved it.

Chris & Virginia Wade (Charlotte, USA) - Manoel Suite

    “Great Experience”

Glen and Julie’s BnB is absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 7 nights in October and loved every minute of our stay. The house has modern amenities and the location is excellent – close to the ferry and public transit. The breakfast each morning was a perfect start to the day and the daily greetings by the resident dog Roxy was an added bonus. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Malta. We hope to visit again! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Tanks Liebreich & Corey Johnson (California, USA) - Lascaris Suite

  • “Malta magic!”

What a magical experience! Malta certainly offers more than one would think, culture, history, cuisine, and lovely people. The food is interesting especially when you have fabulous hosts like Glen and Julie to give you pointers and to show you around.

Flora & Braam Gerber (Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) - Manoel Suite

    “The best part of Malta”

My wife and I stayed at 4 locations in Malta and Gozo and this was by far the most enjoyable. The house itself has lots of character and our room was large and comfortable.

  • “Very well located and very comfortable”

Perfect breakfast is done by Julie. The dog Roxy is lovely. The room is very quiet and comfortable. The place is perfect. A Very good option to stay in Malta. The house is very nice. Dont miss if you visit Malta.

    “We keep coming back”

Overall a great place for couples who want a place away from the touristy madness and yet easily accessible with a personal touch.

We found this place in 2015 while searching for boutique places to stay in Malta away from the touristy craziness of Sliema. Our first experience in ’15 was so memorable that we came back again in ’16 and were not disappointed.

Rajat & Nelli Karol (Amsterdam, Netherlands) - Zondadari Suite

  • “So great stay in Malta”

We’re so happy and lucky to discover Julie and Glen’s BnB. Location wise it’s very convenient (10 min boat from La Valette). Julie and Glen are very nice persons always keen to help, give advices, explain local way of living.

Clade & Eava Favreau (Antony, France) - Cotoner Suite

“This BnB is a real gem”

I spent 5 nights & enjoyed every minute, you are welcomed from the second you walk in the door plus the bonus of having Roxy their wagging her tail is great! My room was very comfortable indeed and breakfast was fantastic I really don’t have any negatives.

Kristene Henry (Kurralta Park, South Australia) - Zondadari Suite

  • “Wish We Could Have Stay Longer!”

We spent 5 nights at Julesy’s and wish we could have stayed another 5! Given the mix of beaches, resorts, museums, and historical sites on Malta, we had difficulty deciding on a home base.

Laura Garife & John Andrews (Oakland, USA) - Lascaris Suite

“Brief 4 night stay at the end of a tiring 10 days.”

What a gem. My wife wrote perfection in the visitors book and she’s never wrong. Indulgent and delightful…I would like to bag it to keep it a treasure but sometimes you just have to share with the world.

Stephen & Sarah Leggett (Usher, WA, Australia) - Cotoner Suite

Although this was our very first trip to Malta, I can surely bet that there you won’t find better place than this. Ruth & Gordon Phillips (Wiltshire, UK) - Zondadari Suite

    “Weekend in Malta”

Our weekend with Julie, Glen & (of course) Roxy at Julesy’s BnB was lovely, we didn’t stay long enough.

Sheila & Paul Higgs (Worthing, UK) - Cotoner Suite

  • “Out of the ordinary”

When booking on the internet you never quite know what you are going to get. To have all your expectations exceeded is rare. Well Julesy’s BnB did just that.

It was a real pleasure to stay with Julie & Glen at their BnB perfectly located in the heart of the Three Cities. Mark Haylock (Essex, UK) - Zondadari Suite

    “Charming BnB with Scumptious Breakfast”

Julesy’s BnB is not your typical Malta experience. It’s nestled in the Three Cities, where there are winding staircases, narrow alleyways, and a unique old world charm. Julesy’s is just a 10-minute ferry ride across from Valetta. It’s easy to get into the capital, enjoy its shops and landmarks, then retreat back to Bormla for a good night’s sleep.

Rongjie Chen (Boston, USA) - Zondadari Suite

  • “Rest and Relaxation in the Historic Heart of Malta”

Julesy and Glen were absolutely great, so helpful and informative about everything local and nothing was too much trouble for them – Glen even gave me lift to the airport when my taxi didn’t arrive for me to get my flight home. I was in Malta leading a student group on an overseas visit and Julsey and Glen made my stay trouble free and very enjoyable.

Douglas Cawthorne (Leister, UK) - Cotoner Suite

“Beautiful house in the historic centre”

Julie and Glen were absolutely charming and very plesent for my stay in Malta. The room on the 2nd floor is very nice and spacious. The elevator serves the room directly, which is perfect when coming back from a day of walking since morning ….

Danielle Scemama (Marseille, France) - Zondadari Suite

  • “Great, adorable small BnB”

Julesy’s BnB is absolutely great! We booked a suite for 3 nights and this was a very good decision. Julie and Glen are terrific hosts and help you with every question or special request you have. And on top of that: Julie is a great chef as well! Be sure to also check out the sunset at their roof terrace.

Philip Reekers (Utrecht, Netherlands) - Zondadari Suite

Ben and Lauren (Bristol, UK) - Cotoner Suite

  • “Delicious B&B”

Julesy’s BnB is in the three cities area of Malta. There is a bus straight from the airport (X7) to the Birgu bus stop, which is just a few minutes walk from the BnB. We stayed four nights and explored the south of the island from there.

Julie and Glen are great hosts. The BnB accommodation is a part of their beautiful Maltese house. The room we stayed in had air con, was very comfortable and had excellent sleep quality. Our room even had a lift straight up to it.

Lucinda & Mark (London UK) - Cotoner Suite

In case you plan a visit to Malta, do not hesitate to book a room at Julesy’s.

For Julie and Glen (the owners) no effort was too much to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a beautiful room, nice homemade breakfasts, a lot of privacy and still the advantage of the good company from our hosts.

    We truly recommend this Bnb!

  • “Perfection”

Upon reading all of the excellent reviews, we simply thought it was too good to be true! Yesterday we returned from a three night break in Malta, two of which were spent at Julesy’s BnB. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a warm welcome, complete with a tour of the house.

Emily & Dan (Nottingham, UK) - Zondadari Suite

What a great couple of days we’ve had at and with Jules and Glen!
Nice and relaxing, beautiful rooms, lovely food and wines – thanks Glen for my first Grand Cru 🙂

Just a short walk and ferry ride from Valletta.

Rita & Theo De Jonge (Zeist, Netherlands) - Cotoner & Zondadari Suites

  • “Flawless accommodation, excellent hosts.”

We probably weren’t typical customers of Julesy’s excellent establishment, because we are lucky enough to own a house in the very same street. So I know Glen and Julie and Roxy the very friendly yellow Labrador as neighbours, and have witnessed a succession of happy customers coming and going through their front door since they opened for business.

Adrian & Louise Sacco (Greater London, UK) - Cotoner & Zondadari Suites

Julesy’s BnB is a very good place to stay when going to Valetta. It’s not directly in Valetta but in “The 3 cities” just a 10-minutes ferry drive away.

The BnB is run by the sweetest Australian couple where the husband’s mother is Maltese. And the dog Roxy who is Mad for sunblock cream 🙂

Christer & Jussi (Bromma, Sweden) - Cotoner Suite

    “A magical find”

We were recommended Juley’s Bnb through family and after a fantastic stay we can see why.

From the minute we arrived we were in awe at the fantastic history of the house as well as the kindness and professionalism on both Glen and Julie. The room was elegant, Cozy and peaceful. “Great place in Vittoriosa”

The room was clean and spacious, and the building was very nice with a wonderful roof deck. Glen and Julie were friendly, welcoming, and provided lots of helpful local advice. Breakfast was amazing — fresh-pressed juice, french toast, fruit, etc. Quick and easy walk to all Vittoriosa restaurants and bars, as well as the ferry to Valletta. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again.

  • “Lovely stay with Julie and Glen”

The BNB is ideally situated for a peaceful stay and is also ideal to go to the bus station in Valetta. While Julie makes for a nice breakfast “à la carte” and super delicious “pancakes”, Glen helps you with tips to make your day more enjoyable. “We are going back” to Julesys BNB at our next visit to Malta.

  • “Perfect place to stay”

A very nice bed & breakfast! We had a warm welcome by Julie and she gave us all the information for our stay. In our beautiful designed (and very spacious) room there was even more information of the bed & breakfast, things to do in Malta, etc. As said, the bedroom was nicely decorated and very spacious, the bed was perfect!

Evelien & Davy Schniedewind (Amsterdam, Netherlands) - Cotoner Suite

    “Part of their family”

Glen, Julie and their labrador Roxy were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. One night Glen walked us to our restaurant to ensure we found our way. After siesta each day we shared a glass of wine and learned about the local colour and customs. And received help to plan the next days sightseeing.

Barry & Helen Dalsto (Sydney, Australia) - Cotoner Suite

  • “Excellent Choice”

Yes, this title might sound boastful, but anyone who has chosen this place has made an excellent choice.

If you are looking for a cozy, quiet and well managed property to explore Malta, this is the place. Julesy’s B&B is small, with only two but very well designed rooms, and it makes you feel at home. There are also two top roof terraces which provide views of almost 360 degrees.

Daniel Dimitrov (Bulgaria) - Zondadari Suite

    “What a find!”

Perfect place to stay. The standard of accommodation is excellent – intimate and “casually” elegant. Julie & Glen are generous, welcoming and charming hosts – and Roxy, the Labrador, steals the show. Thanks so much.

Julie and Glen have two luxury bedrooms for guests in their beautiful home and from the moment you arrive they treat you as friends.

Brand new renovated characteristic limestone building in the heart of Cospicua. You will feel at home, the design of the rooms is a nice combination of old style architecture of Malta and modern design of the furnitures.

  • “Very enjoyable stay, highly recommended. 5*”

My visit to Malta was on business, however my stay at Julesy’s made it feel a lot less business like. Their hospitality and warmth made for a very pleasant stay and then there’s the breakfast! Whatever, however! I hope to come back and stay again, this time for a relaxing holiday. All the best.

Mark Busby (Bournemouth, UK) - Cotoner Suite

    “Just perfect..!”

We spent 4 nights dream in this beautiful B & B – the location is ideal: in a quiet street, with free parking. The B & B is a 5-minute ferry connecting Cospicua feet in Valletta. – Bedding is fantastic: we slept like babies in this King-size bed. – The house has a real soul: it is a traditional house that has been renovated recently and exposes artist paintings. • “A lovely place in Malta!”

The hotel is an old typical Maltese superbly renovated with great taste. Glen and Julie gave us a great welcome, very affectionate and always willing to help, they are perfect hosts! The breakfasts are different every day, prepared by Julie and are delicious! It’s very nice breakfast with Glen and Julie, which always generate a warm conversation.

“Great place to stay in Malta”

I had a great stay with Julie and Glen. They are very lovely hosts. The bedroom was fantastic and the home made breakfast, too. The B&B is is located in a non touristy area, but with great sights and restaurants not too far to walk to and easily reached by bus from the airport. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.

  • “Lovely Place”

Beautiful B&B situated in the area of Cospicua one of the most attractive areas near Valletta. Very nice room, spotless, and with a double truly regal. The Australian owners are kind and very nice and prepare the fantastic breakfasts.

    “A nice place to stay”

A lovely house to discover in the old Copiscua area. We were welcomed by Glen and Julie who cooked delicious breakfasts, different every day. Well furnished bedrooms, lift, wifi. They are very helpful. We think it’s better go there at spring. An adress to remember in Malta.
